What are the means of payment?

You have several means of payment in the "Babusia" shop:

- Credit card.

- Bank transfer.

- Paypal.

- Check (only in France).

Is the payment on the site "Babusia" secure?

The "Babusia" website is fully secured in HTTPS.

The Babusia online shop uses the Ecwid e-commerce solution. Payment information is completely secure. All sensitive information is always transmitted via a secure HTTPS channel.

In addition, Ecwid is also a Level 1 service provider validated by the PCI DSS standard, which is the benchmark for e-commerce solutions worldwide. The SSL protocol ensures that personal data is encrypted.

Payments are managed by the services of Stripe, the most secure payment platform for credit card payments.

Why do I have to create a space to order?

Your e-mail address is required to place an order. Once you have provided it to place an order, you must go to your mailbox. This e-mail address is used to collect the information needed to process and ship your order. To do this, you will be asked :

- Name and first name

- Contact email

- Delivery and billing address

You will then be informed of the status of the order : order validated, shipped...

Invoicing will be sent by email and on paper (for countries outside France).

How do I order an item?

To order, you must go to the "e-shop" tab. To order an item, you go to "ajouter au panier". On the "commander" page, you must enter your email address. Then click on the "Commander" button and enter your address (expédier à mon adresse). Shipping costs are 6 euros for countries outside France and free for orders over 80 euros.

Is my ordered item available?

Each creation is unique because we are all unique.

It can happen that the ordered item is proposed on another sales platform (such as "Etsy") and is sold a few hours before. In this case, the order will be cancelled or refunded. You will be informed within a few hours of your order.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders placed on the "Babusia" website will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.

* "Babusia - Slavic soul" is not responsible for any delays from the Post Office.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost for a tracked letter is 2.50 euros for delivery in France and 6 euros for Europe and the rest of the world. These rates are fixed regardless of the number of items ordered.

Shipping is free for orders of 75 euros in France and 135 euros in other countries.

Are possible taxes and customs duties at my expense?

The customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item outside France are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility.

"Babusia" is not obliged to check and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is the responsibility of the Client to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.

What are the delivery methods?

Deliveries in France and abroad are made by tracked letter and are ensured by the Post Office.

A tracking number will be given to you at the time of your purchase.

It is also possible to make a shipment by colissimo on simple request to contact@babusia.com before ordering (I will give you the prices).

How long does it take to return an item?

You have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return your C.O.D. purchases if they are not to your liking.

In this case, please send an email to contact@babusia.com which will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new condition.

For personalized orders, no returns are accepted because the model is created especially for the customer and is not included in the "Babusia -n Slavic soul" collections.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

The return costs are entirely at your expense.
